This Makerspace Masterplan set out the strategic groundwork for the funding, planning, and permitting of the largest manufacturing incubator in New England.
52,000 sf of industrial factory was reconfigured to a mixed-use facility for digital and physical prototyping and fabrication, leasable commercial space, collaborative workshops, conference areas, classrooms, and indoor/outdoor galleries.
