Greenhut Artist Residency

A historic family farm enters a new stage as a nonprofit Artist Residency center. Existing horse sheds and agricultural outbuildings have been converted into artists studios with a close connection to the surrounding woodland. A site masterplan links the renovated structures through connected pathways, outdoor art and event spaces, and perennial gardens, embedding residents in a shared communal landscape.
