The Sir George Apartments

In a rapidly developing neighborhood near Malden Center, the Sir George Apartments was a relic of peach colored brick, pink balconies, and flagstone walls.

The exterior recoating and balcony railing repair opened an opportunity to give distinct identity to each apartment. From the moment the renovation was complete, residents began to occupy the exterior with enthusiasm and individuality.
